This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through the free-audit form. It is written in plain English on purpose.

Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you submit the audit form we collect your name, email and message, and optionally your company, current stack, budget or timeline, and a link. We use it only to read your enquiry and reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you sent us.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or share your data. We do not use it to train shared AI models. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to help you, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

Under UK-GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@agentivesolutions.co.uk and we will action it. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
