Scope before we build.
The first job is a map: your candidate projects against ROI and effort. You can take that plan and hand it to anyone, us included. It's yours.

AI only where it earns it.
No AI for the sake of a logo on a slide. If a boring script does the job better, you get the boring script. The point is the result, not the buzzword.

You own it, including the off switch.
Every build ships with the repo, the docs, a runbook and a way to turn it off. We don't expect to be called again unless you want to extend.
If the work isn't observable, it isn't shipped.
